How to Download Your Album from Your Single Music Email

Thanks for your purchase! Your album is ready — just follow these quick steps to download your music.

1. Open the email from Single Music

Look for an email with the subject line confirming your order number and your download is ready. It will come from delivery@single.xyz on behalf of the When Rivers Meet Shop you brought from.

2. Click the “Listen Now” button

At the bottom of the email, you’ll see a button saying “Listen Now” click this and verify you are a human. On the next screen you will be taken to the When Rivers Meet shop and it will ask you to login, click login and it will ask for the email address you placed the order with; you will be sent a code to this email address. Once you have the code put it in and you will be able to download the album.

3. Your download will begin automatically

On most devices, the album will save to your Downloads folder. If you’re on a phone or tablet, you may be asked where to save the file.

4. Unzip the album (if needed)

Albums are often delivered as a .zip file. Just open it to reveal all your tracks.

5. Enjoy your music

You can now play the album on your device or import it into your favourite music app.
